Stator/QC Technician

We are currently looking for a skilled Stator/QC Technician to join our dynamic team in the North Houston area. As a Stator/QC Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products. You will be responsible for the receiving, in process, and final inspection of the stators and completing inspection reports as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of components to verify conformance with engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards
· Document and report inspection results, including any deviations from quality standards.
· Utilize various precision measuring instruments such as calipers, thread gauges, straight edge, and tape measure.
· Collaborate with QC manager and production manager to resolve quality issues.
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all aspects of work.
· Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma.
· Valid Texas Driver’s License.
· 1+ year of quality inspection experience.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
· Willingness to work over 40 hours a week.
· Knowledge of ISO and QMS systems.
· Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members.
· Able to use precise measuring tools and apply basic math skills.
