Actalent is currently hiring "Quality Control Technician" in the

Houston, Texas area

Job Description:

  • The QC Tech will work in the clean lab and split their time between 60% packing and 40% communicating.
  • The 40% communicating involves sending and receiving emails from various internal groups that are requesting for certain # and types of samples to be prepared. The requests appear as "Tickets" in the system.
  • Once the tickets are created, the QC tech will weight samples using top loading and analytical balances to measure out oils and samples. Then, they pack the samples into the boxes and ship it out to the internal partners in other locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
