Professionally Designed Services LLC is a well-established, local full grounds management and lawn care company with over 19+ years of experience. We specialize in landscaping, retaining wall and patio construction, fertilization, lawn care, and snow removal.

We are currently seeking dedicated new crew members for our Lawn & Landscaping teams. Ideal candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. The position requires the ability to work 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Our expectations for employees include punctuality, a positive attitude, a drug-free lifestyle, and a willingness to learn. We also value the potential to contribute new insights to our team.

Compensation is based on licensing and experience. Medical, dental, and vision benefits available after 90 days of employment.

Landscaper Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mow lawns and trim trees and shrubs
  • Apply pesticides to manage harmful insects and maintain plant health
  • Preserve the existing landscape design and ensure plant vitality
  • Plant new flowers, bushes, and decorative shrubs
  • Rake leaves and clear debris
  • Remove snow and ice from pedestrian areas
  • Properly store and maintain equipment, tools, and sprinklers
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance of equipment, landscape structures, and hardscape walkways

Landscaper Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is advantageous
  • Proficient in operating lawn maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Capable of standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Deberes y Responsabilidades del Paisajista • Cortar césped y recortar árboles y arbustos. • Aplicar pesticidas para gestionar insectos dañinos y mantener la salud de las plantas. • Preservar el diseño del paisaje existente y asegurar la vitalidad de las plantas. • Plantar nuevas flores, arbustos y plantas decorativas. • Rastrillar hojas y despejar escombros. • Eliminar nieve y hielo de las áreas peatonales. • Almacenar y mantener adecuadamente el equipo, las herramientas y los aspersores. • Supervisar las reparaciones y el mantenimiento del equipo, las estructuras paisajísticas y los caminos de hardscape.

Requisitos y Calificaciones del Paisajista • Edad mínima de 18 años. • Experiencia previa en paisajismo o mantenimiento de terrenos es ventajosa. • Competente en la operación de equipos de mantenimiento del césped, incluyendo cortadoras de césped, desbrozadoras, sopladores de hojas y cortadoras de setos. • Debe pasar una verificación de antecedentes y prueba de drogas. • Capaz de estar de pie, agacharse y hacer sentadillas durante períodos prolongados, y levantar hasta 50 libras.
