Compensation:

$24 - $27 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage landscape installation and construction initiatives, focusing on hardscaping, softscaping, and irrigation systems.
  • Oversee and mentor crew members to guarantee that work meets company standards.
  • Ensure timely project completion within budget constraints while satisfying client expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project results.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on equipment as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and promote a secure working environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape installation and construction, emphasizing hardscaping and softscaping.
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and train team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with clients, project managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems and their installation processes.
  • Ability to interpret landscape designs and blueprints accurately.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy equipment and materials.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
