Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic School Administrator who will oversee the daily operations and contribute to the strategic planning of our educational institution. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth functioning school environment that supports high-quality educational programs and fosters a positive learning and working atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily school administrative functions, including staff supervision, scheduling, and facilities management.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with faculty and support staff to optimize student services and academic achievement.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and community stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives for school improvement and accreditation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of educational laws, standards, and best practices.
