Your Impact In This Role

  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in YARDI
  • Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger
  • Calculate and record depreciation for all fixed assets
  • Ensure timely transfer entries for Rental Assistance Demonstration conversions
  • Prepare audit schedules related to fixed assets and assist auditors
  • Maintain a utility register, including account numbers, meter numbers, addresses, and monthly usage
  • Maintain billing spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Identify and assist in resolving utility needs
  • Ensure all utility invoices are processed on time, including data entry and bill uploads
  • Track missing utility bills and invoices
  • Perform month-end and year-end close duties, including journal entries

What You Bring to The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Open to recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong Excel skills
