As an Influencer and Ambassador Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through strategic paid and organic partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors.


You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with influencers and ambassadors across various platforms to amplify our brand message and reach our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and Recruit Influencers and Ambassadors: Scout and onboard influencers and ambassadors whose values align with our brand. Utilize platforms, networks, and research to discover potential partners.
  • Execute Campaign Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective influencer and ambassador marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with influencers and ambassadors, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Content Creation and Collaboration: Coordinate content creation efforts between influencers/ambassadors and internal creative teams, providing guidance and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of influencer and ambassador marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze the performance of influencer and ambassador campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with influencers and ambassadors, providing support, feedback, and incentives to maintain engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in influencer and ambassador marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., influencer databases, analytics tools)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a fast-paced company with a background in beauty, lifestyle, fashion and/or accessories is a plus.
