We are seeking a full-time, experienced Bindery Operator dedicated to working and continually learning leading-edge solutions to deliver superior service to the team and our business clients.

Our Mission is to provide high-quality solutions in the most efficient manner for our clients. We work in an ever-evolving, fast-paced industry. We are committed to meeting deadlines and our client's business needs allowing us to remain competitive for tomorrow and into the future.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Dependable and reliable
  • Proficient running the Stahl Saddle Stitcher
  • Proficient running the Stahl Folder
  • Proficient running the Polar Cutter
  • General bindery responsibilities
  • Enjoys work, has a sense of humor, finds joy in creating quality results
  • Knowledge, experience and dedication to maintaining equipment for optimal results
  • Commitment to accuracy, ability to count pieces (range from small to thousands)
  • Experience collating printed paper
  • Ability to fold, use folding equipment
  • Agile and able to stuff envelopes and/or packages
  • Computer savvy (we are an automated shop - no job jackets here)
  • Knowledge and ability to pack boxes (assisting in shipping when/as needed)
  • Understanding of how to print and adhere shipping labels
  • Assists in other departments as business needs require
  • Team player - likes to work with people and can work autonomously (the best of both worlds)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - we've got lots to do, there's no slowing down here
  • Ability to work within and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Takes pride in work and work results
  • Willingness to learn, willingness to share your knowledge too

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
