Work Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Compensation ranges from $26 to $29 per hour, commensurate with experience. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide opportunities for skill development and advancement.

• Set up and operate a multi-station Flexographic printing press, including changing rollers and adjusting settings.
• Load inks and chemical mixtures, conduct startup tests, and perform regular inspections of the machine and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the equipment and workspace, and replenish materials as needed during operations.
• Document production processes accurately, including quality checks and inventory management.
• Utilize measuring tools to ensure precise operation of the machinery.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and perform material handling tasks as required.
• Adhere strictly to safety and security protocols.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will possess a stable work history, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to safety and quality. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer drug screening and background check.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Experience with material handling equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with measurement tools are essential.
• Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform tasks that involve standing and manual dexterity.
