Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated Client Service Associate & Paraplanner to join our close-knit team. This role offers a clear path to becoming a full-time advisor within 5 years. The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial planning, eager to learn, and dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences. This is an in-person role in Hauppauge, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and client service via phone and email

  • Assist with paraplanning duties, including data gathering and financial plan preparation

  • Prepare and process client onboarding documentation

  • Act as a liaison with our primary custodian, Charles Schwab

  • Manage client account maintenance and annual RMDs

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and document management systems

  • Coordinate client touch points to enhance client experiences

  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 1-3 years of client service experience in the financial services industry

  • Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and financial planning tools

  • Desire to pursue CFP® certification
