SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ·        Inherent to take full ownership of the job and the outcomes associated with their work output.·        Ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on commitments, and provide input & feedback.·        Understand & Knowledge of project management operations.·        Ability to quickly analyze data and troubleshoot complex situations for team members.·        Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented and able to multi-task·        Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-growing company environment.·        Think independently & work as a team player in a cross-functional collaborative environment.·        Three or more years relevant work experience in Project Management.·        Sketchup Drafting experience required. ·        Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite.·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
