  • Assister la direction pour mener à bien ses fonctions.
  • Avoir une vocation très transverse. C'est un organe latéral de régulation et de coordination de l'ensemble des projets de l’IT Afrique.
  • Sélectionner les projets qui assurent la meilleure contribution à la stratégie de la Région Afrique. 
  • Garantir l'alignement des projets sur les objectifs de l'organisation tout en définissant et en veillant à la mise en œuvre de la méthodologie de conduite de projet.
  • Suivre l'avancement et apporte, éventuellement, son expertise en la matière. 
  • Réaliser le reporting des projets en cours et communique sa vision et ses conseils au management. 
  • Veiller à ne pas se substituer ni aux structures de gestion, ni aux chefs de projets.
  • Réussir l'ensemble des projets afin d'atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de la Région Afrique en assurant un subtil équilibre entre le respect des budgets / délais / qualité, l'atteinte des objectifs et la maîtrise des risques.

Actions à mener: 

  • Assister aux Comités de Direction et en assurer les CR
  • Assurer le suivi, les planifications et la préparation des supports des instances locales et régionales pour le compte du management
  • Assurer le suivi et/ou pilotage des chantiers structurants IT au sein de la Région Afrique, ainsi que les remontées au management
  • Animer et contrôler la qualité de suivi et de mise en œuvre des projets et programmes (En termes de coûts, délais et qualité)
  • Anticiper et remonter au management les alertes / risques IT Afrique
  • Vous évoluerez sur les différents sujets IT Afrique avec une grande autonomie, vous serez force de proposition et créateur de valeur ajoutée grâce à votre expérience.
  • Intégrer / Animer / Porter la communauté de PMO présents dans le but d’améliorer / unifier les différentes remontées
  • Savoir s’adapter rapidement au contexte IT Afrique très mouvant

Profil recherché :

  • Niveau Bac+5 avec un minimum de 10 ans d'expérience sur des missions similaires
  • Expérience confirmée, acquise au sein d’un cabinet de conseil ou d’une organisation, en tant que PMO (La connaissance du milieu bancaire serait appréciable)
  • Une bonne connaissance des bonnes pratiques et normes en vigueur (méthode, qualité).
  • Maitrise des bases du métier de PMO
  • Communication aisée, autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral

Type de Contrat: Freelance

Durée de la Mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Visibilité du Projet sur minimum 1 année)
