Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Traveling Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will travel to various locations nationwide to represent our brand, engage with customers, and drive business growth through promotional activities and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to designated locations across the country to promote our brand and products/services.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, educating them about our offerings and generating excitement about our brand.
  • Set up and manage promotional events, demonstrations, and activations to attract new customers and increase brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, exhibitors, event organizers, and local partners.
  • Collect feedback and insights from customers to inform future marketing strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Provide timely reports and updates on activities, including event recaps, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and travel requirements.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry promotional materials and equipment as required.
