As a Grants Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing and managing grants while ensuring compliance with funding requirements and financial regulations. Reporting directly to the Director of Grants/Contracts, you will collaborate with internal teams to support our organization's mission through effective grant management and financial stewardship.

Senior Grants Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant management or related financial role, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of grant funding processes, including proposal development, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.
- Proficiency in grant management software and financial management systems; experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Senior Grants Manager Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities aligned with our client's mission and strategic priorities.
- Prepare grant proposals, budgets, and financial reports in collaboration with program managers and senior leadership.
- Manage the full lifecycle of grants, including application, monitoring, compliance, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies, partners, and stakeholders to enhance grant opportunities and collaboration.
- Monitor grant budgets and expenditures, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to integrate grant revenues and expenses into overall financial planning and reporting processes.
- Stay updated on grant regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize funding opportunities.
