We are seeking an Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for regional sales growth including; forecasting, sales opportunity planning, and increasing revenue for all mechanical and electronic products. This individual is required to have a demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and successfully close new prospect accounts in order to meet aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
The candidate for this position is someone with strong sales experience in our industries to close orders for all mechanical and level gauging product lines. As a key member of the sales team this position will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets and quotas by the established deadline
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Conduct sales presentations and sales rep product training presentations.
- Establish competitive product and pricing database
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years experience with industrial products, sales and customer service.
- Bachelors Degree/BSEE Degree a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Technical or electronics background a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
