Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers in multiple shifts and departments. You will be responsible for managing all production-related activities and ensuring they are performed safely while meeting all company safety and environmental requirements. This position works closely with various departments, coordinating manufacturing-related activities within the plant to ensure that products meet specifications, and that testing is performed routinely.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
  • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
  • Place production orders from customers
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must excel in a deadline-oriented environment and demonstrate high competence in organizing and prioritizing multiple work assignments. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently within interpretive guidelines, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment; effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and influence; creative problem solving; great team player; working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
