Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and manage labor budgets

  • Meet or exceed JJ’s operational standards

  • Uphold franchisee standards

  • Recruiting for direct report positions

  • Ensure HR compliance

  • Develop District Managers and execute development directives

  • Conduct Quarterly reviews of all direct reports

  • P&L budget management (including but not limited to: Labor, COGs, Revenue, and operational expenses.)

  • Develop and execute strategic business plan

  • Ensure GM’s and DM’s execute all administrative tasks

  • Work with DM’s to create periodic meetings that incorporate company-wide objectives

  • Assist DM’s with execution of periodic GM meetings

  • Meet or exceed training goals defined by training department

  • Travel is required for the Market this positions will overseas (CA and AZ State)

  • Comparable salary and benefits


Measurables

  • YoY growth – minimum growth 3% for region

  • Labor – must meet labor budgets defined by RDO and approved by CEO

  • COGs – must meet COGs budgets defined by RDO and approved by CEO

  • Atlas and JJ’s Audit > 90%

  • OTD’s < 8 min

  • Staffing level > 90%
