About the Role

This position offers a unique chance to provide exceptional nursing care for Med Surg/Telemetry patients. As a registered nurse, you will supervise nursing interventions, assign tasks, and assess patient, family, and staff learning needs. You will also deliver clinical education and promote effective working relationships within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals.
  • Provide detailed care instructions and ensure seamless communication with patients, families, and staff.
  • Supervise nursing interventions and assign related tasks to ensure efficient care delivery.
  • Assess patient, family, and staff learning needs, delivering appropriate clinical education.
Requirements

We're seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:

  • A current valid California RN license.
  • A BSN or MSN degree.
  • BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association, obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • At least 1 year of previous Acute Care RN Telemetry experience.
