Injala is currently in the efforts of building a great marketing team. To that end, I find that marketing is one of the most difficult positions to fill. Anyone that has some basic level understanding of the subject can market themselves well. Determination for a successful marketing hire has lagging indicators. Past experience and pedigree play a role, but is not always that best judge for success in a start-up.
The best way to find the right person is to see a demonstration of creativity. To market a revolutionary product, you need a revolutionary team. A team that is not constrained by traditional norms, rather willing to test the limits and try new things. It is important to have the “A” players in a group working together to float great ideas, a team that can quickly test those ideas. Either succeed or learn fast to try the next one.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven background and track record in Product Marketing and will be tech savvy, creative, energetic, and curious.
- Will report directly to the leadership team
- Develop the overall GoToMarket strategy and execution
- Run organic and paid campaigns designed to drive awareness and demand.
- Collaborate with the team how to best reuse and distribute content
- Help set up an initial reporting structure for funnel KPIs such as website visits, leads, and opportunities / free signups
- Run virtual and in-person events
- Monitor lead flow and conversion rates against targets and marketing investment
- Rigorously measures the lead & customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ marketing tactics to identify new opportunities
- Create automated programs to nurture web traffic to become sales- ready leads
- Measure campaign performance using analytics and feedback from the sales team
- Maintain alignment with the sales team through timely and actionable communication and feedback sessions
- Manage and maintain the teams’ pipeline of interested prospects.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years sales or related market/business experience.
- Expertise with a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, webinars and social media
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the B2B sales process

Level of Education Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related subject.
Experience 5+ years of relative work experience.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $140,000 + bonus
