Threaded Eagle Custom Apparel is a leading custom apparel and promotional product distribution company seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In addition to driving sales, this role involves building and developing a top-tier sales force.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations
  • Close deals and exceed sales quotas
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience
