NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading health services company to find a Credentialing Manager. The ideal candidate will lead and direct all credentialing activities, ensuring compliance and efficient processes for government, commercial insurance state licensing, and business-related contract forms. This role is pivotal in maintaining high credentialing standards and contributing to the company's growth and operational efficiency.

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Credentialing Certifications
  • Experience with technology platforms such as Symplr, Cactus, or similar contract management tools. 
  • 5+ years of previous credentialing experience in a physician's office or hospital setting. 
  • 4+ years of management experience in increasingly responsible roles. 
  • Strong knowledge of third-party credentialing with an emphasis on government and commercial payers.

Preferred:

  • Experience in new technology implementation. 
  • Previous exposure and understanding of medical terminology related to the business. 
  • Knowledge of CAQH Pro-View and CAQH Enroll-Hub. 
  • Experience talking to government payers, especially Medicaid and Medicare application processing.
