Restoration Construction Tech

We are a small, quickly-growing restoration company. We do insurance-loss rebuilding, which is generally, flooring, trim, drywall, and painting, but can be as involved as full renovations of houses after a total loss. Currently, we use a lot of sub-contractors for the work (which is the industry standard), but we are needing an experienced, hands-on person to assist with project management. You should be comfortable with some repair-work yourself, though our preference is to sub-contract the majority of the tasks. This is a small company, but we are looking to grow, and I expect to find someone who may quickly prove themselves and want to become permanent. We are starting as 1099, but want to eventually switch to salary / bonus. My partner and I have worked in the insurance industry for about 10 years (combined) and construction (generally) for about 40 years.
You should know how to do some flooring, hang some drywall, cabinets, paint, etc. and help organize projects with customers and sub-contractors. We are at a great point in our path, where we aren't strictly office or strictly on-site. We can still shape the roles we perform to be complimentary to our talents.
