Gotcha Covered is the premier service provider for custom window coverings in the Twin Cities metro area. We specialize in sales, installation, and customer service that provides solutions for homeowners and businesses to their needs for privacy, light and heat control, while providing an aesthetically pleasing product to meet their needs. We excel in building relationships with our customers, supporting Interior Designers and Custom Home Builders with exceptional products and solutions.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
To provide operational leadership of the business. This position provides on site day-to-day management of all administrative aspects of the business and is responsible for managing core office activities. You will also be present in our showroom to greet and receive guests.


GOALS AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the daily tasks, roles and status of the company, its customers and team members.

  • Mastery and oversight of the schedule -- sales, installation and service – including internal and external coordination and communication.

  • Ensure the proper daily operational flow.

  • Oversee and operate the phone system to answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information or re-direct clients to sales personnel.

  • Handle any support issues quickly with exceptional customer experience

  • Manage repairs & warranty issues including receiving new repairs

  • Regularly collect customer balances due and send follow up communications.

  • Coordinate appointments for sales and installations.

  • Actively support the sales team and owner by writing quotes, calling vendors, and validating order details.

  • Oversee and ensure appearance, organization, and cleanliness of showroom areas.

  • Attend company-sponsored events and activities to further business development and promote the brand.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

MEASUREMENT OF PERFORMANCE

Ongoing and annual performance appraisals based upon job responsibilities, goals and objectives related to all listed functions as well as upon other special projects, as requested.


RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: Collaboration and communication with all team members, reports to owner.

External: With all clients, leads, vendors, sales representative and other relevant business contacts

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in implementing Systems that benefit the organization for maximizing time efficiency and best practices.

  • Willingness to embrace and use technology, including but not limited to: Cloud based software such as Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Pipedrive CRM, MailChimp, and Vendor websites.

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent reporting and communication skills

  • High quality interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize on the fly and to manage a highly detailed working environment with many moving pieces.

  • Typing speed minimum 45 wpm with at 90% accuracy

  • Work experience in the fields of Interior Design or home service based business / trades will be given priority over other candidates.

CAREER PATH

Part time 20-24 hours per week with opportunity to grow into Full Time.
