Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by developing and executing business plans and projects that meet customer and operational needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams to ensure effective execution of business plans and projects.
  • Identify and remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance and provide resources to support teams.
  • Develop and communicate performance standards and metrics to measure progress and adjust performance accordingly.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and support continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
  • Developing and delivering training, Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management Certification, Retail consulting., Six Sigma certification, Using Microsoft Office.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000.00-$169,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance, paid time off benefits, and more.
