Job DescriptionJob Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient and accurate processes for order management, invoicing, and P.O. creation in a manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Analyze and streamline existing accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and track orders, invoices, and P.O.s to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Provide training and support to team members on accounting processes and procedures.

** They are looking for someone to come in that can help create the process of when they receive a request from a client, to creating that quote, to sending out that invoice, to moving the quote/req. through the internal process, making sure the Invoice in inpute, P.O. is cut, keeping track up Net payments,
