We're a leading Non-QM wholesale lender seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team In this exciting role, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that target mortgage brokers and elevate our brand within the Non-QM lending space.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our Non-QM loan products.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Create engaging content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, and video. (Think explainer videos on Non-QM products, broker testimonials, or market trend updates)
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content tailored to the Non-QM lending audience.
  • Manage and analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies within the mortgage industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Sales and Operations to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in the mortgage industry (experience in Non-QM lending a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Non-QM loan products and the specific needs of mortgage brokers.
  • Expertise in social media marketing, content creation (including video), and print design.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mind with a data-driven approach to marketing strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and content management systems.
