Position Summary:

Manages projects and processes to support IT production, subscriptions, and operations. This includes all activities from planning to discontinuation, including development projects, value enhancements, launch activities, user troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and serve as technical lead for the planning, design, and execution of IT projects to enable the achievement of business objectives.
  • Detect, troubleshoot, and organize the appropriate internal and external staff to expediently resolve system issues.
  • Support end user requests IT troubleshooting, updates, installations, and other various requests.
  • Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training and maintain proper system access including NetSuite, Okta, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Assist Netsuite administration team in various tasks including user access, role management, dashboard support, creating saved searches, and reports
  • Responsible for dialer admin support and other administrative programs within company operations. This includes physical devices, keycards, Five9, VPN, Web OE tools, Gong, and Ambition. This is not an exhaustive list and other technologies may be added.
  • Define, implement, and oversee IT transitions
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge, documentation and standard operations procedures of IT functionality, customization and integration.
  • Support and help manage the change management and release process of IT initiatives.
  • Manage technical and strategic vendor relationships, building a partnership that informs the technology roadmap and ensures escalations are addressed in an expedient manner.
  • Company asset and software management, accountability and control.
  • Other duties as assigned
