Responsibilities

Billing and posting payments

Processing membership applications

Electronic and letter correspondence

Maintaining files and database

Preparation of reports

Requirements

Previous billing/payment posting experience is required (or related experience)

Must be proficient in MS Office and have at least intermediate knowledge of Excel

College degree preferred (but not required)

Willingness to learn new computer programs

Type 50+ words per minute

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and work independently

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
