Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenters and Installers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and install building materials (e.g., wood, drywall, and other materials).
  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as framing, doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, and furniture.
  • Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter with a solid understanding of carpentry techniques and methods.
  • Proficiency in using electrical and manual tools, including saws, squares, levels, and chisels.
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
  • Excellent knowledge of carpentry materials and their properties.
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completed apprenticeship program or vocational training in carpentry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience.

Additional Requirement:

  • Must have access to a 10 feet metal brake.
