Responsibilities:

  • Case Detective: Conduct thorough investigations into the history of asbestos exposure for clients diagnosed with mesothelioma.
  • Fact Finder: Gather and analyze relevant information, documents, and testimonies to build strong cases.
  • Fieldwork Expert: Travel to various locations to conduct interviews, inspect sites, and collect evidence.
  • Detail-Oriented Analyst: Review medical records, employment histories, and other pertinent documents to identify exposure sources.
  • Collaborative Investigator: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to develop comprehensive case strategies.
  • Innovative Problem Solver: Use creative and analytical thinking to uncover hidden details and link pieces of evidence.

Requirements:
