Warranty Parts Return Processor Pay Rate: $21.00

Warranty Parts Return Processor Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Warranty Parts Return Processor Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Warranty Parts Return Processor for a contract opportunity supporting a well-known automotive organization. The Warranty Parts Return Processor will be responsible for reviewing, receiving, inspecting, analyzing, reporting, shipping and handling of all returned warranty parts.

Warranty Parts Return Processor Key Responsibilities: 

  • Inspect all received parts to verify parts match Repair Order (RO) description and part number based on warranty claim information.

  • Data input of received parts into Warranty Part Return System database in a timely manner to satisfy a part request without any penalty to the dealerships.

  • Analyzes RO from dealer’s failure information and compares it with returned parts condition.

  • Prepares shipping invoice with barcode and proper packaging.

  • Photographs each part and attaches photos to the Technical Incident Report (TIR) database.

  • Coordinates with major shipping companies to ensure shipments are on schedule.

Warranty Parts Return Processor Skills and Experience:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • One to three years of experience in automotive warranty part return center preferred

  • Basic PC skills in Windows applications (Excel and Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Punctual, reliable and team oriented
