Commercial Real Estate - Property Management Administrator and Administrative Assistant

As a Commercial Real Estate Property Management Administrator, your duties will include working with the corporate home office Management and Accounting Team members to facilitate the organizational and functional needs required to successfully manage multiple commercial properties located throughout the United States.  Such duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead the Property Management Purchasing Department
  • Coordinate Parking Lot Revenue Planning and Management Team Members  
  • Assist in Invoice Review and Approval for Commercial Properties 
  • Support Local Property Managers with scheduling of Vendor Services and Maintenance Needs
  • Accounting Expense Tracking / Monitoring
  • Support Renovation and Construction / Improvement Projects
  • Review and Track Utility Invoices l
  • Assist with Property Management Coordination of Emergency Services
  • Work directly with Senior Management Staff
  • Proficient in Word, Excell, & Accounting
  • Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills Are Required
  • Must be Highly Organized

All tasks will place an emphasis on team organization and coordination activities for all operations needed to maintain and enhance the physical appearance and functional capability of all commercial real estate properties to ensure budget performance and maximum tenant satisfaction.
