Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong customer service in property management and maintenance experience to oversee the daily operations of our property in Westminster, CA. 

Job Summary:  Assistant Manager/Leasing Agent assists community manager by maintaining the property assigned and perform all related management functions, including, but not limited to, coordinating leasing and marketing efforts, approve move-in files, promote lease renewals, resident relations, team building and any other duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Regional Property Supervisor. 

Reports To: Property Manager & Regional Property Supervisor

Position Type: Part-time

Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week

Locations:  Westminster, CA

Pay rate:  $19 per hour + Rental bonus 

Requirements

 

Leasing Experience

  • Proven 2 years working experience as leasing agent
  • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Leasing and Marketing vacant units
  • Host Open House activities to different properties
  • Rental verification and reference check
  • Deliver information regarding overall aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, crime etc.)
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions upon Supervisor's approval
  • Discussion of lease agreement information to tenant upon Supervisor's approval
  • Presenting properties and amenities in a creative way
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Updated with property market status
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
