Job Title: Commercial Contract Analyst
**Compensation:** $35.00 per hour
**Contract Duration:** 6 months
**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Contract Analyst to support our Gas Contract Administration team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to handle physical files and boxes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Reconcile key data points between Gas Midstream and Transportation Agreements as well as the gFlow system applications.
- Link Agreements by ID # in the Commercial Contracts Repository.
- Review system status of Agreements for potential termination or renewal opportunities.
- Scan and archive documents into the Commercial Contracts Repository.
- Prepare Records Retention archiving forms, capturing key identifiers related to Agreements.
- Maintain data records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets effectively.
- Collaborate with various teams and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
**Must Have Qualifications:**
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Ability to carry large file folders and lift heavy boxes.
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma required; some college experience preferred.
**Nice to Have Qualifications:**
- Experience with Gas Contracts and interpreting contracts.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Quorum ESuite, Quorum QCM, Quorum TIPS, and Visio.
