Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in professional staffing, specifically within the accounting and finance sectors, or a business professional with 3-5 years of experience within the accounting and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for accounting and finance positions.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and engage potential candidates.

Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide market insights, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations and extend offers to selected candidates.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the accounting and finance job market.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, or 3-5 years of business experience with a focus on accounting and finance roles.

Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in recruitment software and tools.

Traits: Outgoing, Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
