Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets that align with the property's business strategy and focus on delivering desirable financial results.
  • Provide financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing return on investment.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand's business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial and accounting activities.
  • Develop and implement a system of appropriate controls to manage business risks and ensure compliance with management contract and reporting requirements.
  • Provide analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities for property managers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive annual business plan that is aligned with the company's and brand's strategic direction.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals to ensure the successful execution of financial and accounting activities.
Requirements
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year of experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
  • Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
What We Offer

Marriott International offers a competitive salary range of $67,000 to $83,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a bonus program, health insurance, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, and more.
