Shift timings: M-F 8-5

Pay rate: $25/hr on w2 without benefits.

Job Description

Conversion rate of $28/HR

Daily Duties:

1.       Remotely support for NY users that are working from home, while travelling, and while onsite

2.       Consistently check and work open tickets and tasks, making clear and concise notes, and resolving work in a timely manner

3.       Proactively preparing equipment (laptops, phones, order forms)

4.       Follow up on incorrectly filed or missing paperwork/forms with Executive Admins

5.       Consistently communicate all plans and activities with the Executive Admins

6.       Work with Executive Admins to keep your scope of users up to date.

7.       Assist in IT support corporate meetings

Preferred qualities:

1.       A+ certified (or capable of attaining A+ certification within 90 days from hire)

2.       HP Desktop or Laptop hardware repair familiarity (capable of attaining certification within 120 days from hire)

3.       Familiarity of ticketing systems and SLA metrics, preferred experience with Service-Now.

4.       Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

5.       Experience with Imaging computers using provided SCCM tools

6.       Experience with Windows 10 in an Active Directory domain environment.

7.       Understanding of User accounts and Computer accounts in Active Directory

8.       Experience with Microsoft Office applications, multiple generations of Outlook and O365 online use on both Windows computers and mobile devices

9.       Understanding of TCP/IP basics, and how DHCP and DNS function with Windows computers

10.   Experience with Printer Driver installation and configuration, for both personal printers, and large Multi-Function Copiers systems from Sharp and Canon.
