Senior Leadership Team
Aegis Worldwide is seeking a VP of Production for a client near Schaumburg IL. We are seeking someone coming from a machining/ fabrication/ custom equipment manufacturing company. This individual will directly manage leadership in the welding, machining, cutting/sawing, assembly, and hydraulics departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar)
- Associate's/Technical Degree if 10+ years in the manufacturing space
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in machining, fabrication, electromechanical assemblies, industrial etc.
- MRP implementation experience
- ISO 9000 - PLUS
- UL experience - PLUS
