Tremendous Career Growth Opportunities Senior management and leadership are very well respected by team Great work environment with family like work culture Medical, Dental and Vision + 401k + Tuition Assistance + Disability If that's you, let's talk What you will be doing: Accountability for performance metrics and goals Implement weekly prospecting behaviors to build a robust pipeline Originate, structure, negotiate and close lease and service transactions Manage and prospect the entire territory assigned Manage and record all new business and customer activities in Salesforce Collect customer financials and present summary of credit line needs and requests to finance committee Manage customer and prospect relationships through strategic planning and problem resolution Collaborate with Customer Experience team to onboard new customers and build new relationships Understand and present strategic customer reviews annually or quarterly Schedule visits to customers on a quarterly basis Structure rates and returns with VP of Sales in accordance with the Union Leasing Pricing Policies Follow all sales policies, expectations, targets and goals as communicated by Senior VP Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience Increase fleet management services penetration and utilization with customers within your portfolio Understand customer's changing culture and business opportunities Perform any other duties as assigned by the VP Sales Experience you will need: Ability to reach and exceed sales targets Ability to spend roughly 75% of time on prospecting and new business activities Exceptional communication written and verbal skills Bachelor's degree preferred A minimum of 3 years of fleet management sales experience Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize workload Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Strong understanding of leasing products and lease structures utilized in Fleet Management and Auto Industries Proficiency in understanding financial statements and credit application processes Ability to build strong relationships to the partnership level with prospects, customers, and industry partners Excellent attention to detail and project management experience Proficiency in all frequently used business software programs, applications or tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
