Now hiring for a Payroll Assistant - Direct Hire Opportunity Fully in office with hours of 8-4 or 4:30 (30 minutes for lunch)

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Payroll Manager with data entry of payroll into ADP Software for approximately 800-1000 employees (responsibilities divided up)
  • Pulling payroll reports
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties such as correspondences, notices and reporting
  • Processing garnishments and child support orders in system

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of payroll processing experience
  • Administrative experience
  • MS Office Suite and ADP experience required
  • Strong math skills
