Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable across multiple platforms.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping.
  • Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
  • Handle vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized financial records and files.
  • Maintain Sub-Contractor Compliance records.
