The position will be responsible for verifying patient's eligibility, updating patient demographics and insurance information, researching patient out-of-pocket responsibility and working accounts in compliance with billing guidelines. If necessary, the PSR will call patients.
Requirements:- High School Graduate
- Proven experience working in a high volume Call Center
- Bi-lingual Spanish, a plus
