What You'll Do:
•    Engaging with Clients: Provide friendly, professional support to clients over the phone and in-person, ensuring their needs are met with the best possible solutions.
•    Ownership & Resolution: Take charge of client issues from start to finish, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
•    Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to engage with our client base, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client retention.
•    Office Stewardship: Open and close the office on scheduled days, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients.
•    Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for our clients, connecting them to appropriate Schwab resources and reinforcing our service boundaries.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Communication, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential.
Skills:
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•    Proficiency in handling multiple computer applications.
•    Adaptability to market and business changes.
•    Strong influencing and client engagement skills.
