Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Coordinator/Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for directly managing all aspects of maintenance on residential properties. As a successful Maintenance Coordinator, your goals are to ensure all maintenance requests are being completed on time and within budget, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you. 
Responsibilities 
  • Dispatching Maintenance Requests to Vendors
  • Ensure vendors are completing maintenance items on time and within budget
  • Request and obtain estimates 
  • Troubleshooting maintenance issues with tenants
  • Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
  • Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience in property management
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Experience with property management software preferred
  • Driver's License 
  • Reliable vehicle
