Wire and/or modify panels and enclosures and mount components for electrical control systems. The candidate will work in a rapid development environment where projects will progress from design, fabrication, assembly, and test phases in a short period of time. They must have the ability to focus in a busy environment utilizing strong time-management skills in order to successfully multi-task while producing work of high quality. They must possess and exhibit a positive, “can do” attitude even in high stress situations with an unwavering commitment to customer service.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for process improvements, interpretation of customer documentation and support ofmanufacturing systems to meet business goals.
  • Follow specific tool control, and safety guidelines and policies
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Works independently with little to no supervision
  • Assist with all shipping functions, including building skids and/or crates as needed
  • Improve quality and efficiency
  • Installs conduit, electrical wiring and assembles components in control cabinets, electrical and industrial equipment, and related industrial apparatus, according to blueprints wiring diagrams.
  • Cut, route wires to various circuits.
  • Proven ability to provide solutions to moderately complex engineering problems

QUALIFICATIONS

High school degree

Exceptionally organized

Experience reading and interpreting assembly instructions or drawings

 

Compensation and Hours

Basis for unit of salary/pay: Hourly

Salary: Compensation is commensurate with experience. $15-19

Pay Comments: Salary based on experience and aptitude of candidate

Hours per week: 40+
