You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team and playing an integral role in the store's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the store owner, social media manager, merchandise manager, inventory manager, and sales team to create a successful business strategy.
  • Lead and develop a team of retail sales professionals.
  • Drive sales by creating unique experiential shopping experiences for the customer.
  • Assess customer needs and assist in making the perfect purchase.
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
  • Ability to assess and achieve sales goals.
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with all top social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tictok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Plan and execute weekly social media videos to post on top social media sites.
  • Assist owner in attaining new brands and product mix.
  • Comfortable with Office Suite and the ability to learn POS.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.
  • Develop and execute special storewide events.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Proven entrepreneurial-minded skillset execution in a previous position.
  • Must have a great fashion sense and the ability to build relationships with the sales team and customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift 40 pounds.
  • Able to stand for 6 hours or more.
  • Must have proven examples of how to generate plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality with strong leadership qualities.
  • Able to work up to 39 hours a week on a flexible schedule. The store is open six days a week: 11:00 - 6:00 and 12:00 - 4:00 on Sundays.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the community and acquire new customers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a must.
  • Proven record of leading a functional team in a retail management role.

Compensation commiserate with experience.
