Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Redmond, WA. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of planning, scheduling, and coordinating production operations at both internal sites and Contract Manufacturers (CMOs). This role requires strong leadership skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and broad knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing in a regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customer service and sales to understand sales orders and demand forecasts.
  • Create and manage the master production plan (MPP) based on WIP/Finished Goods inventory levels.
  • Manage CMO inventory, lead times, and orders to ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Schedule shop floor production equipment according to plant needs and order due dates.
  • Coordinate with quality, production, purchasing, customer service, inventory, and logistics departments.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential bottlenecks in production to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer service due dates.
  • Update and use systems (Redzone, ERP, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and manage planning processes to improve efficiency and achieve targets for customer service, quality, scrap rate, and schedule adherence.
  • Support projects related to launches, continuous improvement, and cost savings.
  • Establish appropriate safety stock levels for materials considering lead times, usage, expiration dates, carrying costs, and storage constraints.
  • Track and report metrics for Adherence To Plan (ATP).
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in coordination with customer service.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party suppliers, service providers, and contract manufacturers.
  • Monitor throughput to determine capacity and efficiency and schedule accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creativity, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing in English.
  • Compliance with GMP, PPE, and company safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (business, supply chain, engineering, etc.) with 3-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or food manufacturing. OR
  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain and production planning.
  • Proficiency with computer programs (Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Preferable experience in multiple supply chain disciplines (purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, production, contract manufacturing).
  • Preferable experience working with ERP systems (SAP Business Central).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
