Job Summary:

  • Processing Accounts Payable Invoices
  • Executing journal entries and conducting account analysis
  • Performing reconciliations in the general ledger
  • Handling month -end close
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts
  • Generating and distribute weekly reporting and scorecards
  • Identifying and executing system process improvement recommendations where needed
  • Supporting the training and development of staff members as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments on projects or other initiatives
  • Undertaking special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable using an ERP system, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, and ability to handle large datasets)
  • High level of diligence and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
