Job Summary:

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our clients.

About the Staff Accountant Role:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Process full cycle Accounts Payable, including entering, matching, reviewing vouchers, and GL coding.
  • Handle payroll processing, including preparing and submitting payroll reports.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll, AP, and working in general ledger.
  • Strong research and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in ADP usage is a plus.
