About us

At Grand Capital, we are looking for a FULL TIME Administrative assistant Grand Capital is an investment company and property management company that manages its own investments. Our objective is to provide our clients with a very professional customer service experience.

Please note this job REQUIRES to be bilingual in SPANISH and ENGLISH and we are looking for a candidate who is available for immediate hire.

Responsibilities:

· Answering incoming calls in a positive and upbeat manner, staying customer service focused while handling a high volume of calls and communicates professionally with customers

· Handle rental activities, including property showings, cleanings, tenant inquiries and facilitating move-ins and move-outs, leasing paperwork, maintenance work orders and being point of contact for our tenant base.

· Efficiently communicate with vendors and contractors, ensuring all maintenance and repair works are carried out timely and effectively.

· Assist in document preparations and ensure proper record keeping.

· Diligently follow up on all tasks using the companies softwares

· Provide administrative assistance to management team, including but not limited to emails. scanning, scheduling meetings, preparing reports organizing files, accounts payables and accounts receivables, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Great, professional communication skills over the phone.

· Ability to think on your feet and respond quickly to customers

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must maintain positive attitude at all times, be open-minded, coachable, energetic, passionate. MUST be punctual and prepared and willing to go the extra mile.

Education and Experience:

· Minimum Associates Degree or equivalent required.

· Minimum 3 years experience as an office administrative assistant and or receptionist.

· PHONE EXPERIENCE

· Ability to listen and learn

· Call center Experience helpful

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Benefits:

· Paid time off

Schedule:

· Monday through Friday 9am-6pm

· 1 hour lunch breaks

· On call for rental related emergencies

· English (Required)

Work Location: In person
